The Leather District is a distinct, safe and welcoming neighborhood that seamlessly integrates its 19th century leather factory past with the modern amenities that today’s residents, office workers and visitors have come to expect. Well-lit, easily traversed, and easily accessed, the environmentally sensitive LD combines compelling green spaces with a multiple of opportunities to congregate, convene, shop and dine. Its residents and property owners are proud of both its heritage and the role it plays as a progressive, collaboratively stewarded neighborhood that is welcoming to all.
